Bram Strain

Bram has been the Assistant Deputy Minister, Manitoba Region, with Western Economic Diversification since joining the department in January 2012. He is the Departmental lead on Aboriginal Economic Growth, Skills Development and Training and WD’s call for proposals process. Previously, Bram held senior level positions with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Human Resource Development Canada, Service Canada, Veterans Affairs and Infrastructure Canada. Bram and his wife Michelle have two daughters and are all active in their community through various sports, volunteer and school activities.
