Presentation description:
Canadian agriculture and food is a $49 billion dollar industry – and it’s loaded with opportunity. You’ll hear details that could help you navigate through the challenges facing First Nations businesses and communities as Jesse Robson, from Farm Credit Canada, highlights key points from their recent article in the Journal of Aboriginal Economic Development.
Presenter: Jesse Robson – Indigenous Relations Strategist at FCC
A graduate of First Nations University of Canada, Jesse started with Farm Credit Canada in 2010. Since then, Jesse has had roles on the FCC Creative Writing team, Communications and Human Resources before joining Indigenous Relations as a Strategist. In 2020, Jesse began compiling research and writing to submit a paper for the latest issue of the Journal of Aboriginal Economic Development. You’ll hear key learnings from that paper during his presentation.
